Week 11 Team Assignment Team Needs Assessment

Meet with your team outside of class to determine what additional skills/capabilities your team would need to produce a minimum viable product of your proposed solution.  Follow the same approach as you used for the in-class breakout.

1. Review the list of team capabilities that you created in class.

2. Discuss and document the skill sets/capabilities that would be required to produce a minimum viable product of your proposed solution.

3. Identify who on your team would fill the required roles and which roles would be filled by new hires or by contractors/consultants.

Submit the list of required skill sets and how each will be covered (specific existing team member, new hire, contractor/consultant)
