Submit the customer profile portion of the Value Proposition Canvas (the right side of the chart) for your problem statement. Indicate who you think it the primary customer with the problem. List the jobs to be done/problems being solved, the pains the primary pains the customer experiences, and the primary gains the customer is looking for. Remember that this is a hypothesis. You will test the hypothesis and update the customer profile later in the semester after you do some interviews.
